Shock Absorbing Spring Loaded Casters
Standard Features:
- Load Springs - Springs will deflect approximately 50%. The load springs
permits wide variation in ride "cushioning". Springs can be
preloaded, at our factory to obtain various degres of deflection.
- Top Plate - S.A.E. 1045 Drop Forged Steel
- Yoke base - S.A.E. 1045 Drop Forged Steel. Notched for easy
installation of Swivel Locks.
- Legs - 3/8" Thick Steel and welded inside and out to the yoke.
- King Bolt - 1" diameter heat-treated bolt and nut
- Wheel bearing: Tappered Bearing
- Tapered Bearing in the thrust raceway and Sealed Ball Bearings in
load raceway.
- Lubrication - The Axle with grease fitting in it for wheel and grease
fitting in the thrust raceway. No greasing requires for sealed ball
bearings.
- Finish - All parts except wheel are Zinc plated.
