27 Series Total Lock Casters (TLC)
  • Total Lock - Convenient and simple operation of pressing with foot, the Wheel and Swivel simultaneously can be locked at any position. This special feature is designed and made of heavy gauge of steel for strength and durability.
  • Top Plate Size: 3-3/4"X2-3/4" slotted to 3"X1-3/4 / 2-7/8".
  • Top Plate & Yoke - Heavily embossed, formed steel.
  • Swivel Section - Hardened double ball bearing raceways to resist wear and improve maneuverability.
  • Kingpin - 1/2" hydraulically upset steel rivet.
  • Axle - 5/16" diameter axle with lock nut.
  • Wheel Bearings - Straight roller, Ball, Oilex, Derlin.
  • Finish - All parts, except wheel, are zinc plated to resist rust or corrosion.

28 Series Stainless Steel Casters (SSC)
  • Stainless Steel Casters: Made of all Stainless Steel parts with heavy gauge for strength and durability. Easy to wash and corrosion resistance.
  • Top Plate Size: 3-3/4"X2-3/4" slotted to 3"X1-3/4" / 2-7/8".
  • Top Plate & Yoke - Heavily embossed, formed Stainless Steel.

Shock Absorbing Spring Loaded Casters
  • Load Springs - Springs will deflect approximately 50%. The load springs permits wide variation in ride "cushioning". Springs can be preloaded, at our factory to obtain various degres of deflection.
  • Top Plate - S.A.E. 1045 Drop Forged Steel.
  • Yoke base - S.A.E. 1045 Drop Forged Steel. Notched for easy installation of Swivel Locks.
  • Legs - 3/8" Thick Steel and welded inside and out to the yoke.
  • King Bolt - 1" diameter heat-treated bolt and nut.
  • Wheel bearing: Tappered Bearing.
  • Tapered Bearing in the thrust raceway and Sealed Ball Bearings in load raceway.
  • Lubrication - The Axle with grease fitting in it for wheel and grease fitting in the thrust raceway. No greasing requires for sealed ball bearings.
  • Finish - All parts except wheel are Zinc plated.
